Active Balance Pilates

Free mat class and Freedom in your shoulders this week!

Hello Reader,

Oh my, where has March gone?

In Pilates, "March Matness" has become a common studio focus and a time for practitioners and enthusiasts to explore the 34 mat exercises.

The mat repertoire is where Pilates began and where the foundations of the Method are taught and explored. Semi-private classes at Active Balance Pilates are designed to help you discover and practice new movement skills, that get layered into your movement patterns. That is the beauty of a whole-body Method.

Are you ready to move and explore something new in your body?

Join me for a free Mat class this Friday, to discover your "Core Body knowledge"! We will focus on the foundational principles of alignment, breath, and core control. All levels are welcome.

Do you hold your stress in your shoulders or suffer from TMJ or jaw tension? This month's Yamuna Body Rolling class will help you find relief for all of the above. Yamuna Body Rolling is a unique technique that combines self-massage with breath for a mental and physical clearing of pain and stiffness. You deserve to feel good in your body. Liberate your shoulders and neck and rediscover pain-free movement.

Stay tuned for new class announcements for April, local and online.
