Active Balance Pilates

Welcome Autumn- Restore & Renew with me

Hello Reader

Fall has always been a time for me to reflect and renew, like returning to school. Learning has been imprinted in my being. It is how we change and grow. Movement is how we learn and imprint change in the body.

And in Pilates, learning begins with Spine, Breath & Core!

It is the foundation of Pilates.

While I cue breath and alignment in Pilates, that isn't the whole story.

It can't be.

Life changes how our body works. So, wouldn't it be great to pause and bring our system back into balance?

My self-care class this Sunday is designed to do just that. It is a 90-minute self-care retreat, a time to restore the support you need from your spine, breath, and core. It is a great way to connect to your body from the inside, to prepare it for Pilates, and an opportunity to give yourself a well-deserved body reset.

Release body tension and relax while you tone your deep core. Create an effortless feeling of support in your body & posture.

Class is this Sunday, from 11 am -12:30 pm at my studio. Wear comfortable clothes. We want the ball to move easily and not get bunched up in layers. Yamuna balls are provided for the class and are also available for purchase. Space is limited. Sign up Below!

You deserve to feel good in your body today and every day:)

To your Body Longevity,

~Laurie
